Terms of Service

Welcome to YourTeam. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, virtual assistant (VA) services, and related support offerings. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

a. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use YourTeam. By using our platform or services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

b. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your accounts.

c. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use YourTeam for:

Any unlawful or prohibited activities
Sending unsolicited or spam content
Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

2. Services and Billing

a. Service Access
YourTeam provides access to custom-built VA teams that are pre vetted and trained. Scope of services may vary by engagement.

b. Payments and Invoicing

You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Payments are securely processed via Wire Transfer, Zelle, Paypal, Stripe, Wise or Crypto.
All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of issuance.
Failure to pay within 48 hours will result in a 5% late fee per day, compounded daily, and may result in suspension of services.

3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality over sensitive business information and data shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client lists, and operational workflows.

4. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all unpaid balances will become due immediately. All client data must be exported before final service cut-off.

5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables and assets created by YourTeam VAs for the client shall be the sole property of the client upon full payment. YourTeam retains no ownership over client materials.

6. Independent Contractors
All VAs sourced through YourTeam are independent contractors and are not employees of YourTeam or the client. The client is not responsible for any employment obligations including benefits, taxes, or insurance.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith via negotiation. If unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved via binding arbitration in Denver, CO under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Modifications to These Terms
YourTeam reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and notified via email. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance.

9. Force Majeure
YourTeam is not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events outside our control, this includes but is not limited to natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and YourTeam regarding the services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

By using YourTeam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
